Good Neighbors Podcast Tri-Cities is a platform that allows local businesses and non-profits in the Tri-Cities region of Tennessee/VA to introduce themselves to their neighbors. As the executive producer, my role is to facilitate this by making sure this podcast is the channel that allows Tri-Cities residents to learn firsthand from the people that lead the businesses and charities in their community. I have helped neighbors to connect while introducing them to local businesses and help agencies in small communities for over 30 years.

I began my career with a communications degree working in local media companies and supporting the communities they serve through community journalism and print/digital marketing services. Since then, I’ve spent the last 30+ years leading local media companies in small communities across the country, focusing on assisting local businesses and non-profits to grow while contributing to improved quality of life for them and their neighbors through creation of positive connections, positive leadership and stewardship of the communities I’ve served.

My most recent assignment for the last 5 years has included overseeing more than 20 small businesses in Western NC and East Tennessee that included local community newspapers/websites, tourism publications, community lifestyle magazines and digital ad agencies.

My mission with Good Neighbors Podcast Tri-Cities remains the same in this role - Help local communities, businesses and charities to grow, prosper and thrive by creating positive connections between them and the residents they aim to serve...and make some new friends along the way.
