Mike's journey into real estate is as fascinating as it is inspiring. He obtained his real estate license in Las Vegas in 2008, precisely when the market crashed. Coming from a 20-year career in law enforcement, he faced the dual challenge of entering a new industry during an economic crisis while navigating a difficult divorce with three young children. These circumstances forced him to think creatively about generating business with minimal financial investment. His innovative approach included reaching out to potential renters on Craigslist, which led to his first client and, through referrals, connections with investors that helped launch his career. This experience exemplifies how perseverance and adaptability can transform challenges into opportunities.
